Sliding Scale Details

I offer a sliding scale with the intention of making counselling affordable.
This is a self-select fee, and I've offered the below information to help you to choose.
I've based these on the principles of economic justice.

  • £50/£55 - You have to be considerate of finances. Perhaps your cost of living is quite tight. It is incredibly rare that you can afford luxuries or 'treats' for yourself. You may be managing debt.

  • £60/£65 - Your finances allow you to live comfortably, and you don't need to be overly considerate of spenditure. You have access to steady and reliable income. You are able to afford treats and luxuries in moderation.

  • £70 - You have access to reliable income, have access to financial security either through high income and/or savings. You are able to spontaneously afford luxuries and/or treats without needing to make trades or cut backs.

Face-to-Face Location

I work face-to-face in Hassocks at The Heeler Centre Clinic.

On the scheduling of a session I will share the full address with you and information on how to get here.

Getting Here

Car and Parking

The Heeler Centre is accessible by car.

There is free on site parking. If the car park is full, then there is free on-street car parking on the roads around the site.

Public Transport

The Heeler Centre is a stone's throw away from Hassocks Train Station. There are also bus stops a short distance away on the High Street.

Working Online

Working online is a great way to access counselling from your own space. This may be suitable for you if you have accessibility needs, or where travelling is challenging for example.

To work online, all you will need is a device such as a smartphone, tablet or laptop, and you will need to download an app called ZOOM. This is free and easy to use. We can have a taster session to practice using the platform if it's new to you.

I have various appointment times available for working online including weekdays and weekday evenings. You are able to book flexible sessions via my online calendar here.
